Our Stores are Closed, But We're Still Open...
To all our loyal customers,
I wanted to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all of our loyal customers for your understanding and patience at the most challenging time we’ve experienced during our 25 years on the UK high street.
We’ve kept our stores open as long as possible as our brilliant Travel Consultants have been working tirelessly to assist people with immediate travel plans. However, in order to keep our people safe and for the wellbeing of our customers, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our 78 stores across the UK from today.
For our customers who still need help to rearrange trips, we are still working away behind the scenes, with the majority of our consultants now set up to work from their homes during this period. I know many of you will be concerned about trips that you have booked but not yet rearranged, and I want to assure you that we are working as quickly as possible to make alternative arrangements for these. To help us prioritise, we still kindly ask you to only call your Travel Consultant if you are due to depart in the next 7 days.
I would also like to extend a huge thank you to our Travel Consultants for their ongoing commitment and dedication – many of them have been working around the clock – truly going above and beyond to look after you during this time. They are the reason that we have such loyal customers, and it has been truly heartening to read the feedback from you in this most difficult of times. It really does make a difference to them and I wanted to share some of these with you below.
So while you may not be able to see us face-to-face for now, our friendly team are waiting on the other end of the line to offer advice and make sure your travel plans are secure at this time.
And as we wait for the world to get back to normal, we’ll also be here to inspire your future travels and help ensure your next trip is tailor-made easy.
